Web Content Management System
The University seeks a Web Content Management System (WCMS) to replace the current implementation of the OpenText Web Site Management System. A comprehensive list of detailed requirements is in Section 2. In summary, any system must be able to serve as a system that facilitates and decentralizes publishing of Web-based content. The system must support a business process where all departments are responsible and accountable for all web-based content.
