The Town oneeds a web based, database driven content management solution that will allow designated employees to effectively manage the site content. The solution should not require any special software to be installed on the desktop. Updating web site content should not require knowledge of HTML and should be able to be performed by someone with basic computer skills. The Town wants to decentralize web site maintenance; therefore, the solution needs to provide the appropriate level of security and content approval.
