Web Conferencing Soluntion

State is seeking web conferencing services(s) to be used for conducting on-line meetings, training, and presentations over the Internet.
The solution must support at least 300 meeting creators and up to 1,000 simultaneous participants. Scalability is important, as users may increase over the course of the contract. We anticipate using 15,000 minutes per month through a toll-free, dial-in service or via VoIP. The administration of items such as user accounts, passwords, authorizations and functional configuration must be capable of being delegated to state staff.
As an option, the state may ask the vendor to provide services to integrate the authentication of the web conferencing service with our Microsoft Active Directory for single sign-on.
The university intends to issue a contract for a three-year term, with two one-year options to extend.
