RFP for an accredited web-based online training solution to satisfy the organization's regulatory safety requirements and continuing education and training credits for SCL's 1692 employees. A number of other departments may use this safety tool to satisfy safety requirements within their own units. Other departments who may benefit from this solution include but not limited to Dept. of Transportation, Public Safety, and Public Utilities.
