Web Based Research Ethics Courses and Training
ONR intends to award this requirement as a sole source to University of Miami Medical Campus because they will be building on their prior efforts in providing affordable web-based research ethics courses and training systems for DON personnel in the area of human subject research protection as part of the University of Miami's Collaborative Institutional Training Initiative (CITI) program. The CITI training is proprietary in nature, so the University of Miami Medical Campus would be the only organization to carry out this work.
