Web Based E-Foreclosure Solution
The redesign of this application has an extremely high priority. The current
web-based search application is relatively primitive when compared to foreclosure search applications
on the websites of other metro area counties. It is difficult for non-technical users to use effectively, still
offers only a subset of public foreclosure data, and does not offer the flexibility of looking up data based
on different criteria. Most notably, one cannot look up a property by street address.
The system should be completely a web based application. (N-Tiered Application). The client
component should run in Internet Explorer 7.0 or later and should not require client software on the
workstations. The server components should be supported on virtual machines hosted on VMware
vSphere 4.0.
