Web Based Adult Learner Database
The University is seeking proposals for a Web Based Adult Learner Database. seeking vendor proposals to develop a statewide, web-based adult learner
enrollment and outcomes database for use by Texas based non-Texas Education Agency (TEAfunded)
community-based volunteer providers that offer literacy education to adult learners in
nonprofit settings; host database for pilot implementation period. The database developed and
data derived under this adult education state leadership project objective will be the
intellectual property of both Texas Education Agency and Texas A&M University, as outlined in
the TEA/TAMU Copyright Agreement found here.
