The purpose of this Request for Proposals (RFP) and resulting contract is to solicit proposals
from a qualified company to provide web-based software to perform accounting functions for
school activity funds in 123 schools and 2 central office locations that would have access to all
123 schools data. The central office would have real-time access on-line to monitor school
balances and transactions, generate periodic reports such as monthly reports or 1099 reports at
year-end and provide for auditing needs.
