Weatherization and HVAC Upgrades
This is a request for proposal (RFP) to enhance the weatherization of 11 buildings and upgrade HVAC systems in 8 buildings. The weatherization upgrades will include replacing door thresholds, weather stripping, installing additional insulation were needed and various other weatherization enhancements. HVAC upgrades will include installation of programmable thermostats, insulation of piping, implementing setbacks, and training of personnel.
