Weapon Sound Simulators
Requirement is to purchase four (4) man portable rifle sound simulators for the purpose of enhanced safety and realism in installation exercises conducted across Joint Base San Antonio (JBSA).
Simulators must be man portable with the ability to be operated by a "shooter" while moving over distance indoors and outside.
•· Simulators must be able to simulate the sound of automatic rifle fire and if possible semi-automatic fire as well.
•· Simulators cannot resemble the look of any particular or traditional rifle in order that it not be mistaken for a real weapon by exercise participants or other personnel.
•· Simulators must be equipped with safety features that ensure safe operation of the simulator and prevent injury to the operator and those around the operator.
•· Simulator must come with a minimum one-year warranty from the manufacturer.
