*** FAR 52.232-18 - Funds are not presently available for this contract. The Government's obligation under this contract is contingent upon the availability of appropriated funds from which payment for contract purposes can be made. No legal liability on the part of the Government for any payment may arise until funds are made available to the Contracting Officer for this contract and until the Contractor receives notice of such availability, to be confirmed in writing by the Contracting Officer.
FAR provision 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors -- Commercial, applies to this acquisition. As prescribed in FAR 12.301(b)(1), the following addendum is provided for this solicitation and hereby amends any language therein:
1. Questions may be submitted to the POCs and Contracting Officer listed above no later than 30 Aug 2019. Questions submitted after this date may not be answered.
2.Quotes in response to this solicitation must be submitted via email to the POCs and Contracting Officer listed above no later than the established deadline.
3. Quotes must be valid through 30 Sep 2019.
