Wayne Morse Courthouse Exterior Washing
The General Services Administration has a requirement is to clean, by use of green chemicals and pressure washing, the exterior stainless steel skin of the Wayne Morse Courthouse located in Eugene OR.

A pre-proposal site visit is scheduled for August 16, 2019 at 10:00 AM.
All questions concerning this procurement need to be submitted to me in writing via email. I will then coordinate with the appropriate office to provide an answer. The deadline for submitting questions is 20 August, 2019.
Any company that wants to do work for the government must be registered and current in the System for Award Management (SAM). You need to be registered in SAM at time of offer/quote submission and the registration status must be "Active". If SAM is something new to you, it can be accessed at www.sam.gov. There is no cost involved with registering.

The award will be a firm fixed price contract subject to the Service Contract Act.
Evaluation factors for this award will be lowest price providing the best value to the government in meeting the requirements spelled out in the scope of work.
