Watertown Maintenance and Marketing Building
Western Area Power Administration has a requirement for a contractor to provide all labor, materials, equipment, transportation and other resources to complete the construction of a new structural steel and precast concrete Marketing and Maintenance Crew Building in Watertown, South Dakota. The principal components of the work involve demolition of the existing building, removal of asbestos floor tile, demolition of asphalt pavement, and construction of a new Marketing and Maintenance building, and all associated utilities for the Watertown Maintenance Center, Marketing Building. The estimated construction magnitude of this project is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. All work is to be completed within 270 days of Notice to Proceed. All responsible business concerns may submit a bid which shall be considered by this Agency. This solicitation will be issued on or about July 30, 2014 and the projected bid opening date is September 3, 2014.
