Watershed Protection Plan Modeling
The Houston-Galveston Area Council (H-GAC) is requesting written proposals for watershed modeling to be conducted for the San Bernard Watershed Protection Plan. The subcontractor will work with H-GAC to select and implement a modeling approach sufficient to evaluate current and estimated in-stream bacterial concentrations in the San Bernard River and its major tributaries, including the effects of tidal mixing in the tidal segment of the river. The subcontractor will also model projected future conditions with and without reductions in loadings based on BMP implementation.
