Waterloo Reconstruction
The City of Cleveland is soliciting proposals from pre-qualified ODOT Consultants to provide professional design services necessary to prepare plans, specifications and estimate for Waterloo Rd Reconstruction from East 152nd Street to East 162nd Street. Work includes roadway, rehabilitation/reconstruction, water work, drainage, traffic signals, geotechnical, environmental, lighting and amenities.
