Waterfront Initiative Program Management

The District would like to increase their capacity for implementing projects by procuring a Program Management Contract. The purpose of the program management contract shall be to oversee the planning, environmental, financial management, public and community involvement, civic engagement, design, constructability reviews, right‐of‐way management, and construction management for the major projects under, impacting, and adjacent to the study area.
