Waterfront Improvements
The scope of work is primarily the construction of a new waterfront park with an esplanade, and fishing pier. The project will also include the construction of a new playground and a short bridge, as well as considerable planting. Other related work will include but is not limited to installation of new pathways/sidewalks, curbs, lighting, and fencing.
