This is a combined solicitation snopsys The Federal Bureau of Prisons - Field Acquisition Office in Grand Prairie, Texas, intends to make a single award for the provision of water and wastewater utility service for the inmate population at the Federal Correctional Institution located in Elkton, Ohio. The contract type is an indefinite delivery/requirements contract with firm-fixed unit prices. The contract period shall consist of a base period from effective Date of Award through 120 months from effective Date of Award. The estimated average daily flow is found in the Statement of Requirements attached to the Solicitation. The annual amount for water and wastewater service will fluctuate throughout the contract. The solicitation will be available on or about February 15, 2019 and will be distributed solely through the General Services Administration Federal Business Opportunities website at www.fedbizopps.gov. All future information concerning this acquisition, including solicitation amendments, will be distributed solely through this website. All potential quoters are advised that the solicitation will include the clause at FAR 52.204-7 System for Award Management (SAM). This clause requires all contractors doing business with the Federal Government after September 30, 2003, to be registered in the SAM database.
