Water and Wastewater Systems Financial Reviews
The City is inviting qualified individuals, consultants or firms to submit a Statement of Qualification (“SOQ”) to this Request for Qualifications (“RFQ”) for the purpose to establish a Qualified Vendor List (“QVL”) for consulting services related to the review various Water and Wastewater System financial models. These models will include the annual financial plan, bond offering feasibility, parity test certification, revenue/consumption forecast, rate setting model, cost of service model, environmental cost allocation model and other financial models as needed.
