The purpose of this Amendment 03 is to add Attachment 10- Davis-Bacon Act Wage Determination No. CA140009 07/25/2014 CA9, and update Section J of the Provisions and Clauses to add Attachment 10. The solicitation closing date is also being extended to 1400 PST, Friday August 8, 2014.
The National Park Service at Lava Beds National Monument (located within Siskiyou County, California) has a requirement for Water Well Rehabilitation with Pump and Piping Installation located in the headquarters area of Lava Beds National Monument.
