PWD plans to provide on-site wastewater/water treatment operator training to certify operators and provide PADEP (Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection) continuing education credits (CEUs) to operators and engineers in our water treatment and wastewater treatment facilities. Certification and CEUs are required by the State of Pennsylvania.
