Water Treatment Plant Alum/Lime Sludge Removal
Removal of Alum/Sludge from Lagoons one through four at the Water Treatment Plant and disposal off site within all Federal, State and County rules and regulations. Award of this project shall be based upon the County's approval of qualified residual disposal sites per the attached permit and price.
