The Work under this Project consists of providing all supervision, labor, materials, equipment, quality assurance and other services as required to clean (interior and exterior of water storage tanks)p preparing a post-cleaning report on interior and exterior tank surface conditionsp lead testing and lead abatement with full containment as necessaryp surface preparation (interior and exterior of water storage tanks, facility piping, pumps, and appurtenances, building interiors (walls, ceiling, and floor)p coating application (interior and exterior of water storage tanks, interior piping, pumps, and appurtenances, building interiors (walls, ceiling, and floor)p on all water storage tanks requiring painting. other miscellaneous appurtenances and work in accordance with the Technical Specifications and Contract Documents, drawings and specifications.
