Water Shuttle Service
The Corporation of the City of St. Catharines is inviting proposals for the supply of labour
and equipment for the operation of a water shuttle service to discharge and pick up
passengers at locations within the Port Dalhousie Harbour, as shown on a plan attached as
Appendix A, for the summer tourist seasons during 2009, 2010 and 2011.
