The consultant will provide required professional services using staff from its own firm or sub-consultants approved by the county. The consultant will create teams that represent the breadth and depth of expertise required by this scope of services. The areas of expertise to be provided under this contract focus mainly on assisting water quality related awareness and behavior change programs—especially as it relates to stormwater and low impact development - using social marketing as well as traditional approaches to outreach, training, media, communications and education. The consultant will work closely and in cooperation with staff involved with the project
