Water Pollution Control Plant & Sewer System Improvements
The City intends to utilize a Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) delivery method to construct a Water Pollution Plant & Sewer Improvements Project. A separate RFP for CMAR services will be issued at a later date. The CMAR firm will also participate in the design effort through Value Engineering and Constructability Reviews.
