Lake Texoma Water Plant and Wastewater Plant (LTWWP) Operation and Maintenance Services
The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, computer, fax, internet, phone, materials, supervision, laboratory analysis, and other items/services, necessary to operate and maintain the water plant and wastewater treatment plant located at Sheppard AFB recreational annex, Lake Texoma, Grayson County, Texas approximately 118 miles Northeast of Sheppard AFB and eight miles North of Sandusky, Texas. The contractor shall perform to the standards in the contract and shall comply with all federal, state, and local environmental laws, rules, and regulations. The contractor shall possess a valid Class C license in groundwater and in wastewater treatment as prescribed by the State of Texas.
***A site visit is scheduled for Tuesday, 20 February 2018 at the Sheppard AFB recreational annex.***
All bidders/offerors must meet at the Lake Texoma annex, 1030 SAFB Road, Whitesboro, Texas 76273 Building 55515 (Lodge), no later than 10:00 am Central Standard Time (CST).
