Water Park Feasibility Study 2010
It is anticipated that this project will be completed in four phases: (1) market and feasibility study. If the results of the study are positive and support the development of a water park the next three phases will take place as follows: (2) site planning, (3) preliminary design and (4) construction and operating cost estimates.
1.The chosen consultant shall provide a thorough and detailed market and feasibility analysis that looks at the needs of the Clark County Residents, visitors to Mill Creek Park and potential users within an hour drive of the park.
2.The chosen Consultant will be expected to work with a committee of Park District and at large community representatives.

a.Review of the Districts Program Statement for the Facility
b.Market and Feasibility analysis
c.Provision of written report detailing the studies findings. (12 copies)
