Water Park Development and Operation
Miami-Dade County, Florida (County) through the Park and Recreation Department (Department) is soliciting proposals for the financing, development, promotion, operation, and maintenance of a quality Water Park (WP) on property adjacent to the Miami Metrozoo in Southwest Miami-Dade County. The County is also requesting proposers that submit a proposal for a WP to submit proposals to provide the financing, development, promotion, operation, and maintenance of a quality Family Entertainment Center (FEC); and/or to submit proposals to provide the financing, development, promotion, operation and maintenance of a quality Vacation Hotel (VH).
