Water Mgmt. Customer Svc., Billing and Information System for City of Chicago
The City seeks proposals from qualified companies to provide systems management, maintenance
and production support which include; data entry, personnel to manage the Accounts Receivable
task, as well as overseeing Database Maintenance, batch processing for Water Billing and
Collections services and addressing all other requirements related to system interfaces and city
ordinance requirements for the Department of Water Managements Customer Service, Billing
and Information System.
