Water Line Installation and Fire Hydrant Replacement
Pacific Southwest Research Station has a requirement for Water Line installation and Fire Hydrant Replacement at USDA Forest Service, Institute of Forest Genetics, Placerville, CA. This requirement and subsequent award is issued as a Combined Synopsis/Solicitation Request for Proposal (RFP).
Offerors are requested to review all attachments to this solicitation, and provide the required information indicated below, in order to have their quote/proposal considered responsive.
a) Print out and return a signed copy of the attached Standard Form 1442, prior to bid closing date.
b) Print out and return Section B as a bid sheet.
c) Review Section M - Evaluations Factors for Award, and submit a minimum of three (3) references for past performance, to include Organizational Name, email and phone points of contact, period of performance, and total dollar value of contract.
All requested information must be faxed or emailed to my attention prior to bid closing date.

Site Visit (Construction)(FAR 52.236-27)(Feb 1995)
(a) The clauses at 52.236-2 Differing Site Conditions, and 52.236-3 Site Investigations and Conditions Affecting the Work, will be included in any contract awarded as a result of this solicitation. Accordingly, offerors or quoters are urged and expected to inspect the site where the work will be performed.
(b) A Site Visit is scheduled for July 29, 2014 at 10:00 am (See Section L for details and POCs).
