The Work of this Contract comprises the removal of select existing stone, precast copings, roofing accessories, flashings, and selected windows. Also, the installation of new weatherproofing, window flashings, masonry through-wall flashing, liquid applied building sealants, joint sealants and interior wall and ceiling repairs.
