Water Heater and Cold Water Line Replacement
This is a combined solicitation/synopsis for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation.
Offers are being requested. The written solicitation is attached to this announcement. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-91. This Request for Quote (RFQ) number 60RRBH19Q0020 is issued to request offers for HVAC Duct Cleaning service. Please see the attached RFQ document for the Statement of Work (SOW), Clauses and Provisions, Proposal Submission instructions, and Proposal Evaluation and Award information.
Offers in response to this RFQ are due by August 28, 2019 at 1:00 PM Local (CT) and shall be submitted to proposals@rrb.gov. Offerors must state in the e-mail subject line, for submission of proposals, "Proposal Submission for RFQ 60RRBH19Q0014, Water Heater and Cold Water Line Replacement".
A Site visit is required for all contractor's interested in providing a proposal in response to this solicitation. Site visit must be conducted prior to August 13th, 2019. Refer to attached solicitation for Site Visit instructions.Offerors may submit questions regarding the RFQ to proposals@rrb.gov by 08/15/2019 at 2:00 PM Local (CT). The objective of this solicitation is to obtain competitive quotations for the replacement of Water heaters and cold water line in the basement of the U.S. RailroadRetirement Board headquarters building, located at 844 North Rush Street, Chicago, IL 60611-1275.
