Water Chemical Treatment and Testing
Description of Requirement: This is a competitive request for quote (RFQ) for water chemical treatment, testing, reporting and technical advisory services related to the equipment installed at three Department of Defense Education Activity (DoDEA) locations in Puerto Rico.

Question: Questions from Contractors in reference to this solicitation may be submitted no later than 09:00 AM USA Eastern Time, August 12 2019, with subject line “Questions – HE1254-19-R-1011”. A consolidated list of answers to any questions received will be incorporated into the solicitation via an amendment and distributed to prospective offerors.
