Water/Wastewater System Hydroelectric Generation Feasibility Study
The Town is seeking proposals for the assessment of its water and wastewater systems to determine the feasibility of generating electricity. If there are opportunities within the existing pipes, vaults, and/or treatment facilities to generate electricity, the Town wants those projects prioritized into a list that includes the potential generating capacity and cost associated with implementing each one.
