Water/Wastewater Agency Response Network
The State seeks a qualified contractor to operate the Texas Water/Wastewater Agency Response Network (TXWARN), which supports a mutual assistance network before, during, and after an emergency to water and wastewater utilities at no cost. TXWARN promotes statewide emergency preparedness and provides utilities a robust request and response system supported by managers experienced in all hazards and emergency response. During an emergency, the managers assist in locating resources by utilizing a database of statewide resources to facilitate response and recovery from any event that caused an interruption of service.
