Water, Waste Water, and Storm Water Run-off Usage at the Gillem Enclave
This is a non-personal services contract to provide Gillem Enclave with Potable Water Supply and Waste Water services for Fort Gillem at a fixed price, with the Lowest Life Cycle Cost (LCC) to meet mission requirements, efficiency in operation, reliability of service, and environmental considerations. The Government shall not exercise any supervision or control over the contract service provider performing the services herein. Such contract service providers shall be accountable soley to the Contractor who, in turn is responsible to the Government.
