Construction of a 25-ft by 25-ft washout pad to be located on top of an existing sanitary sewer manhole. The work includes but is not limited to concrete walls on three sides, 8" thick concrete bottom, 4" curb at the entrance a 15-foot long road base approach, and the replacement of the existing 30" ring and cover with a beehive grate ring and cover.
