The County is seeking to develop a Wastewater Capacity Planning (WCP) system that will assist the Department with its wastewater capacity management program. To this end, the County seeks to hire not only a vendor capable of developing and delivering a cost-effective solution, but also one that can provide the training, documentation and on-going support needed to achieve project success
