The purpose and intent of this invitation to bid is to select a contractor to provide garbage and trash collection services, and recycling services for paper, plastic, and aluminum/steel cans for designated district locations, including all labor, supervision, personnel, equipment and vehicles, and to secure firm, net pricing and commission rates for the contract period as specified herein.
