"Washtenaw County, Michigan is accepting quotations for insulation contracting
services for the Weatherization Program. The Weatherization Program performs
insulation, various energy saving related improvements and alterations for qualified
low-income clients. Washtenaw County Weatherization Program services
approximately 100 homes per year. Work may be minimal to extensive, i.e.
(caulking & weather stripping to sidewall & attic insulation, or re-roofing, etc.) As
many as 50% of the units may be mobile homes."
