Wallisville Lake Project Fire Alarm System Repairs and Upgrade

This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.
Solicitation Number W912HY19Q0017 is being issued as a request for quotation (RFQ).

Scope of Work. Maintenance, repair & rebuilding of equipment of fire alarm system
DESCRIPTION OF REQUIREMENTS: Repair and upgrade of fire alarm system at Wallisville Lake Project office to include bringing system up to code and replacing or repairing items as stated in PWS.
PROJECT: The work consists of providing the transportation, management, supervision, transportation, labor, manpower, subcontracts, materials, training, tools, equipment and supplies, for full fire protection services. The Contractor will schedule and conduct a regular program of preventive maintenance, IAW the preventive maintenance schedule, to include all systems inspection, testing, maintenance and emergency repair to fire alarm and water-based fire protection systems and components on all fire protection systems IAW Fire Protection Services manufacturer's guidelines and all applicable laws and regulations, including the PWS.
