Wabash Green Feasibility Study
The purpose of this RFP is to select a qualified consultant for the purposes of carrying out the green feasibility study for the renovation, retrofitting and redevelopment of the vacant industrial building that is situated on a former brownfield site at 40 Wabash Avenue. This site is adjacent to Sorauren Park in the Parkdale neighbourhood of Toronto.
