WVARNG Environmental Programs Division (EPD) Learning Mgmt System (LMS) Support, Migration, and Hosting
This is a Sources Sought Notice for the WVARNG Environmental Programs Division (EPD) Learning Mgmt System (LMS) Training Management Support, Maintenance Services, Hosting Service, and Migration from Existing Server. This will be for One Base Year and 4 Option Years. Please Reference PWS and QASP for the information with regard to the full requirement.
Key Requirements Overview (Refer to PWS for Complete Requirement):
- LMS Migration and Hosting: Vendor must be able to provide for the migration of the current LMS from the existing server and hosting of the future LMS and provide for direct, tiered access by employees/members of the WVARNG, without a CAC requirement.
- LMS Example Subjects: Spill Prevention, Control and Countermeasures Plan (SPCCP) awareness and procedures training, Groundwater Protection Plan awareness and management procedures, general environmental awareness, and other subjects under development.
- LMS Additional Capabilities: The LMS must also have the ability to be the EPD Training Program's central database for training records, course progress reports, course grading, etc.
