RETURNED UNOPENED TO THE SUBMITTER.
THE DISTRICT WILL NOT ACCEPT RESPONSES SUBMITTED BY FAX.
THE DISTRICT WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR LATE OR MISDIRECTED RESPONSE
SUBMITTALS.
