SPE4A7-17- R-0791 will be issued to establish a Definite Quantity Firm Fixed Price Contract, One-Time-Buy, for approximately 21 each of this DUCT ASSEMBLY, AIR C.
Inspection/Acceptance will be at Origin; FOB Origin. Delivery will be requested to be 250 DARO for the Production items.
Source Approval Statement applies to this NSN. The approved sources for this material are listed below and it is expected that award will be made to one of those firms. Any firm not already approved to manufacture this material must submit a Source Approval Request, SAR. This procurement will not be delayed to wait for a SAR approval.
