Baltimore City Community College (BCCC) is seeking is soliciting Proposals from qualified Offerors to provide the services of a graphics design vendor to work with the BCCC Marketing staff to develop a business-to-business collateral package that utilizes print and interactive multi-media components to articulate and promote the breadth and quality of BCCCs workforce development programs to state and local agencies, businesses and organizations.
