The purpose of this Invitation for Bids (IFB) is to solicit qualified providers of Work Incentives Specialist (WIS) services, as described below, to eligible individuals authorized by the Virginia Department of Rehabilitative Services (DRS) to receive such services. For the purposes of this solicitation, eligible individuals includes Virginians with disabilities who
1. Receive Social Security disability benefits, i.e., Social Security Disability Insurance (SSDI) and/or Supplemental Security Income (SSI), and
2. Are employed or interested in becoming employed at the time the WIS services are provided, and
3. Do not have an open vocational rehabilitation (VR) program case with DRS.
