Project Name: WO #66829, Paint Walls in Ballroom, Musket Room, Hallway, Foyer and Customer Service Area at Building 1425, Hanscom AFB, MA
A. Solicitation is 100% Set Aside for Small Business.
B. All work shall be performed in accordance with the attached Statement of Work.
C. The magnitude of this project is between $25,000 and $100,000.
D. Proposals must be received via e-mail no later than 12:00 PM EST on 6 September 2019.
E. Proposals must be valid for 30 days.
F. Proposals must include the attached Standard Form 1442 and Section B.
G. Point of Contact (POC) is as follows: 2d Lt Jason Kyles, Contracts Manager 781-225-0166, jason.kyles.1@us.af.mil or the Contracting Officer Josh Davis at 781-225-0095, joshua.davis.50@us.af.mil.
H. A Site visit will be held on Thursday, 29 August 2019 at 10:30 AM EST. Contractors wishing to attend the site visit must submit names of the attendees to the POC, jason.kyles.1@us.af.mil, no later than 2:00 PM on 28 August 2019.
I. Questions are to be submitted via email only to the POC by Noon on 30 August 2019.
J. Proposals are evaluated for award by lowest price technically acceptable.
