This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement is being issued as a request for quotation (RFQ) F9A3CM4080AC01 and constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2005-73. This combined synopsis/solicitation is set-aside 100% for small business. North American Industrial Classification Standard 423690 applies to this solicitation; business size standard is 500 employees. The South Dakota Air National Guard intends to issue a firm fixed priced purchase order for Antenna Kits, Hardware, and Support Services needed to enhance our base Wireless Access Point (WAP) infrastructure per the attached WAP Equipment List.
Aruba Networks currently provides our wireless solution. This is a proprietary system and no other brands will integrate into our current wireless network. Additionally, all equipment must meet Federal Information Processing Standards (FIPS) and to meet this requirement all equipment must be manufactured in the United States by Aruba Networks.
Offerors shall provide the unit price for each item on the WAP Equipment List inclusive of shipping costs (FOB Destination) to be delivered FOB Destination to the South Dakota Air National Guard, 1201 West Algonquin St, Sioux Falls, SD 57104-0264. Offer evaluation will be based on lowest priced technically acceptable.
